Telecalling Team Leader

* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and performance of self and team members.

* Report performance updates to relevant stakeholders.

* Ensure client deliverables are completed on time with expected quality.

* Induct, train, and update team members on processes, product knowledge, call scripts, mock calls, call disposition, and related activities.

* Prepare and maintain training documents including product notes, FAQs, call scripts, and operational databases.

* Ensure all databases are accurate, updated, and relevant.

* Understand product details, processes, deliverables, and measurement criteria as defined by the Operations Manager.

* Share timely MIS reports with the Operations Manager, HR team, and reporting managers.

* Interact with clients for lead submissions, updates on leads, and regular MIS sharing.

* Verify leads identified by team members and ensure lead quality before submission.

* Manage the complete lead management cycle.
