Job Description

  • Outbound Calling: Make high-volume phone calls to prospective or existing clients using prepared scripts.
  • Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and set appointments or close sales over the phone.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly to interested parties.
  • Data Management: Record customer interactions, updates, and feedback accurately in the company CRM system.
  • Follow-Ups: Re-contact warm leads, answer product inquiries, and resolve basic client complaints.
