Qualify leads based on requirement, location, purchase potential, decision-maker details and buying timeline.

Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.

Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and calls between prospects and the Business Development/Sales team.

Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and email wherever required.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status in Excel. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of qualified opportunities.

Reconnect with inactive, old or previously contacted leads to identify new opportunities. Collect market feedback regarding pricing, competitor products, customer requirements and objections.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling, lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.

Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with prospects.
