• 💼 YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESConnect with interested customers through phone calls.
• Explain ImpactGuru's healthcare crowdfunding platform and its benefits.
• Convert warm leads into successful fundraising campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
• Assist families with campaign onboarding and required documentation.
• Explain verification procedures and fee structures transparently.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly campaign creation targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• 🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAGraduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Business Development.
• Freshers are not specified in the original eligibility criteria.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Strong convincing, listening and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented mindset with basic computer knowledge.
