Job Description

Make outbound calls to parents and students to explain education fee financing solutions.

Generate leads and convert prospective customers into interested users.

Explain EMI options, fee payment plans, and financing benefits.

Follow up with interested parents and students to close sales.

Coordinate with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for lead generation.

Handle customer queries related to fee payments, EMI plans, and application processes.

Maintain daily call records, lead details, and sales reports in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
