Job Description

Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers from a provided database to inform them about products or services.

Sales Conversion: Pitch features, handle customer queries effectively, and close sales to achieve daily/monthly targets.

Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with interested leads to advance them through the sales pipeline.

Data Management: Maintain accurate daily records of calls made, customer feedback, and sales status in Excel or a CRM system.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and persuasive communication.
