Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented B2B Telesales Executives to generate leads, connect with potential business clients, and convert prospects into customers through calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential business clients and generate leads.
• Explain company products/services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain client information, call records, and sales reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
