Video Creator & Editor
Company: Almond Books Location: Mumbai | Full-time
About the Role
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Video Creator & Editor to help us produce engaging YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and other video content that showcases our books and connects with students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and edit YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Create engaging videos featuring our books, educational content and brand.
- Handle editing, captions, thumbnails and publishing across platforms.
- Use AI tools to improve creativity, video production and editing efficiency.
- Stay updated with content trends and experiment with new ideas.
- Track engagement and continuously improve content performance.
Requirements
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
- Good understanding of YouTube and Instagram.
- Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently.
- Strong sense of storytelling, visual quality and attention to detail.
- Ability to take an idea from concept to published video without micromanagement.
Experience: Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome. Practical skills and creativity matter more than qualifications.
