Job Description
Position: Waiter / Steward
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders using POS software or order pads; communicate special dietary requests directly to the kitchen.
Food & Beverage Delivery: Serve dishes and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring proper table presentation.
Table Maintenance: Clear dirty dishes, cutlery, and glassware between courses and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests.
Billing & Payments: Prepare guest bills, process cash/card transactions, and maintain an accurate till register.
Side Work: Restock service stations, polish glassware and flatware, and maintain cleanliness in the dining room.
