Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts using Tally
  • Handle stock keeping / inventory management
  • Prepare and manage eBay bills and online sales records
  • Manage GST compliance – filing returns, reconciliation, and records
  • Record sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions
  • Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
  • Prepare basic financial reports as required
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Tally
  • Knowledge of GST rules and filings
  • Experience in stock/inventory management
  • Familiarity with e-commerce billing (eBay preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Experience:

  • 1–2 years preferred (can be adjusted)
