Qualification: B.Com / BMS / M.Com / Finance Graduate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling daily accounting activities, and supporting loan-related financial operations. Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries and records

Prepare vouchers, invoices, and payment entries

Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management

Maintain MIS reports and financial data in Excel

Assist in loan disbursement and repayment records

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payment follow-ups

Support GST, TDS, Income tax, ROC and other compliance-related work

Maintain proper filing of financial and client documents

Assist senior accountants during audits and reporting

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance

Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and banking transactions

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in NBFC / Loan / Financial Services industry will be an added advantage

Knowledge of Tally and Zoho software is preferred
