Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, finalisation of accounts, and tax filing.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and statutory documents.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
• Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Knowledge of finalisation of accounts and audit procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in facility management, service industries, or similar organisations.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with online GST, TDS, and income tax portals.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting activities efficiently.
