Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented accountant to manage day-to-day financial and operational activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate records of stock levels, including monthly reconciliations.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and manage invoices, process customer payments, and ensure timely collection of dues.
• Petty Cash Management: Handle daily petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of expenses.
• File Management: Organise and manage financial documents, including maintaining a structured filing system.
• Team Management: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.
• Reconciliations: Conduct bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho or related).
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax-related regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
