Accounts Executive

• Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain and update Tally/Accounting Software and Excel records.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
• Reconcile accounting records with bank statements and other transaction reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records/compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial service providers when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Check employee expenses, reimbursements, and office-related payments.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
• Support management with financial data, reports, and analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client financial information.
