Accounts Manager

·        Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily sales reports, POS billing data, and store performance metrics.

·        Manage and reconcile online aggregator sales, payouts, commission statements, and platform disputes.

·        Maintain and update the general ledger, accounting entries, and accounts-related records accurately.

·        Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, invoices, receipts, and expense tracking.

·        Perform regular bank statement, cash, card, and aggregator account reconciliations.

·        Track inventory movements, food costs, stock variances, wastage, and kitchen consumption data.

·        Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings, audits, and compliance activities.

·        Coordinate with internal department heads, store managers, external vendors, and platform representatives.

·        Prepare variance analysis, custom dashboards, and daily operational/financial MIS reports for management.

Support senior accountants, finance managers, and operational heads in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
