Job Description

Backend Staff – Job SummaryMain Work:

  • Tenant और property data update करना
  • Rent, deposit और payment records maintain करना
  • New joining और vacating entries handle करना
  • Tenant complaints receive करके concerned staff को assign करना
  • Pending complaints और payments का follow-up करना
  • Excel / Google Sheets में daily data maintain करना
  • Tenant documents और agreements का record रखना
  • Caretaker, technician और field staff से coordination करना
  • Daily reports और management updates तैयार करना
  • WhatsApp और tenant communication handle करना
  • Maid attendance/payment records maintain करना

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication
  • Accurate data entry
  • Good follow-up skills
  • Responsible और organised होना

Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers can apply.
