Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's financial services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about available loan solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the company's system.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build good relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets with guidance from the team.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English and Marathi are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
