Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, kitchen support areas, and equipment.
  • Set up and clear tables as per restaurant standards.
  • Assist the service team during operations.
  • Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Support dishwashing and proper waste disposal.
  • Replenish service items and maintain stock in designated areas.
  • Follow instructions from the Captain, Supervisor, and Manager.
  • Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
