Job Description

Make daily calls to customers for payment follow-up.

Inform customers about overdue and outstanding amounts.

Follow up with customers regarding promised payment dates.

Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments.

Negotiate suitable payment dates as per company policy.

Update call details, customer responses, and payment commitments in the system.

Achieve daily and monthly collection calling targets.
