Job Description
We are hiring Collection Executive to work on behalf of a reputed company. The role involves contacting customers to recover pending dues in a professional and respectful manner.
Responsibilities:
• Contact customers via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to remind them about pending payments
• Explain payment terms and assist with repayment options
• Maintain daily records of calls made, payments collected, and follow-ups
• Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor
• Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to collection compliance guidelines
Requirements:
• Basic communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps and Excel
• Must have a smartphone
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
