Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find potential customers through cold calling, referrals, digital outreach, or field visits at high-traffic locations like malls and events.
- Product Pitching: Explain credit card features, reward programs, interest rates, and fees to match customer financial needs.
- Application Processing: Collect and verify customer documents, check basic eligibility, and submit complete application forms securely.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team monthly sales quotas.
- Customer Support: Provide basic after-sales service, assist with card activation, and address initial inquiries or complaints
