About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to scale our online presence and lead generation efforts. If you live and breathe ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), love experimenting with ad creatives, and know how to optimize paid campaigns to get high-quality leads for the EV sector, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other growth channels.

Lead Generation: Focus on generating high-converting B2B and B2C leads for our EV dealership network and hub operations.

Data & Analytics: Monitor daily campaign performance, track key metrics (CPA, CPC, CPL, ROAS), and prepare detailed performance reports.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

Budget Optimization: Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets efficiently to ensure minimum spill and maximum conversions.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad copies and creatives.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media management (Experience in EV, Automobile, or Startup ecosystems is a huge plus).

Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Pixel, and setting up custom conversion events.

Strong analytical mind with the ability to turn data numbers into actionable marketing strategies.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Excellent copy-writing skills for creating catchy ad text.
