Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone calls to remind them of pending payments.
• Negotiate and persuade customers to make timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
• Resolve customer queries and provide information about payment plans.
• Follow company guidelines and compliance policies while handling collections.
• Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
