Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist – Consumer Electronics

🧠 About Us: It is a consumer electronics brand focused on premium powerbanks and charging accessories. We aim to build a trusted and scalable D2C + marketplace presence in Ireland and Europe.

🎯 Role Overview:We are looking for a digital marketer who understands how to grow an electronics brand from scratch.

This role is focused on:

• Generating initial traction

• Driving sales

• Building brand trust

📌 Responsibilities:• Create 60–90 day marketing roadmap

• Plan product launch strategy

• Setup and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Optimize store conversion+ Manage Marketplace

• Suggest Amazon and other marketplace growth strategy (if applicable)

• Develop influencer/tech reviewer outreach plan

• Setup retargeting campaigns

• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate

• Build review & trust-building strategy

📌 Required Skills:• Experience with D2C or electronics brands preferred

• Strong understanding of performance marketing

• Meta + Google Ads hands-on experience

• Conversion optimization mindset

• Data-driven decision making

• Portfolio with measurable results

Develop product offers, bundles and a monthly sales plan.

Plan content and coordinate with your existing content team.

Manage Instagram/Facebook advertising within an agreed budget.

Support TikTok Shop and creator partnerships, where eligible.

Report weekly on orders, advertising spend, cost per purchase and profit after marketing costs.

Should be available to work in UK time zone.
