Manage daily operations of Amazon.com and eBay.com seller accounts.

Create, update, and optimize product listings.

Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, sizes, colors, and variations.

Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to delivery.

Respond to Amazon and eBay buyer messages professionally and promptly.

Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

Monitor Amazon Account Health and eBay Seller Performance.

Manage negative feedback, claims, cases, and disputes.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with the production team for stock availability.

Coordinate with the shipping team for dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues.

Monitor competitors, pricing, and product performance.

Manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and eBay offers.

Assist in managing Amazon PPC/advertising campaigns and monitor performance.

Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and product performance reports.

Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.

Maintain daily/weekly reports for orders, sales, inventory, returns, and advertising.

Ensure marketplace policies and seller requirements are followed.

Coordinate with management, production, packing, and shipping teams.

Take responsibility for resolving day-to-day marketplace issues independently.
