Job Description of Desktop Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities -:

Handling On Ground Event Operations.

Your responsibility will be Installing, Executing and Dismantling the Tech that is Installed on Event booth or Exhibitions.

It Can be Software and Hardware both.

The tech will be consisting of Sensors, Web Applications, Hardware Equipment.

So as an Technical Operations person you will be handling the whole Tech or game.

Communicating on ground issues with Client and passing it to reporting team lead or developer.

Your Responsibility and self assessment will be more important.

Skills Required -:

Analytical Thinking

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Computer & other hardware devices

Problem Solving Skills & Multitasking Skills

Establishment of workstations, assessment for connectivity and its proper functioning.

Installation of Hardware and Software Tech.

Troubleshooting system failures, identifying and get it resolve by the team via communicating.

Education -: 12th pass OR Any Graduate

Job Type -: Full time

Experience -: 6months to 1Year

Working Type -: Work from office and On Ground support.

Working Days -: 5days
