Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell fitness studio memberships, packages, and services to walk-in and online inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up with inactive or irregular members to encourage re-engagement and promote consistency.
• Conduct studio tours and clearly explain membership benefits, class offerings, and service plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM or internal systems.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with trainers and front-desk staff to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
• Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
