Job Description

Food Aggregator Executive – Swiggy & Zomato


* Manage daily operations on Swiggy 

* ⁠ Monitor order, cancellations, delays, and customer complaints.

* Coordinate with outlet teams for smooth order processing.

* Maintain daily sales and order reports.

* Coordinate with Swiggy support for platform-related issues.


Required Experience


* 1–2 years of experience managing Swiggy & Zomato accounts.

* Experience in restaurant/QSR/food delivery operations preferred.


Required Skills


* Good knowledge of Swiggy Partner Platforms

* Basic to good Excel skills

* Strong coordination and communication skills

* Good attention to detail

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues quickly
