Job Description
🔹 JOB OPENING – SENIOR FOOD ANALYST
📌 Position: Senior Food Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
• Food sample testing & analysis
• Proximate, Chemical & Instrumental Analysis
• Testing of Moisture, Ash, Protein, Fat, Fibre, Acidity, Salt, Sugar, etc.
• Sample, Reagent & Standard preparation
• Handling & monitoring of laboratory instruments
• Review and interpretation of analytical results
• Maintain laboratory records and documentation
• Guide & supervise junior analysts
• Troubleshooting of analytical/instrument-related issues
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GLP, FSSAI & ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
🎓 Qualification:
M.Sc. / M.Tech. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or relevant field.
💼 Experience:
Relevant hands-on experience in Food Testing / Food Analysis / Quality Control / Laboratory Operations preferred.
