About the RoleWe are a Mumbai-based business group building and operating multiple technology products involving SaaS applications, marketplaces, operational dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, automation and business process systems.

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Product Developer who can work across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, automation and production deployment.

This is not only a website-development role.

The selected developer will work on existing live products, understand their architecture, build new modules, troubleshoot production issues, integrate external APIs and automation tools, and gradually take independent ownership of important parts of the technology stack.

What We Really NeedWe are looking for someone who can:

1. Understand an existing application rather than insisting on rebuilding everything.
2. Read somebody else's code and identify how the system works.
3. Debug production problems independently.
4. Work on both frontend and backend.
5. Understand API integrations and databases.
6. Build automation instead of depending on manual processes.
7. Document what has been built.
8. Use Git properly.
9. Maintain code so that another developer can take over later.
10. Take responsibility for a feature from requirement to production.

This Role May Suit You IfYou have worked in a startup or small technology team where you were expected to solve problems independently.

You enjoy building complete features rather than working on only one small part of a large application.

You are comfortable learning an unfamiliar system quickly.

You understand that production systems require debugging, documentation, backups and disciplined deployment—not just coding.

• WordPress/template websites
• Only frontend development
• Only UI design
• Copy-paste coding without understanding architecture
• College projects without production experience
• Developers who cannot work with an existing codebase
• Developers completely dependent on a senior developer for debugging

Selection ProcessShortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical technical assessment.

The assessment may include:

• Understanding an existing code module
• Finding and fixing a bug
• Creating a small frontend + API feature
• Database modification
• Third-party API integration
• Automation logic
• Explaining deployment and rollback approach

We value actual hands-on ability more than degrees or certifications.
