Job Description

Follow up our tenders (Mahatenders/GeM/BMC portal) and files through every table till work order

Manage running projects' customer relationship: site issues, inspection reports, handover/NOC, AMC calls

Drive billing & payment recovery — treasury/PFMS status, TDS/GST mismatch letters, pending bills

Identify new opportunities: upcoming DPDC/NHM/BMC procurements, new hospital projects

Weekly file-status and pipeline report to Solapur HQ
