📢 Job Opening: HR Executive
📍 Location: Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
💼 Experience: Experienced candidates only (Freshers are not eligible)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance and employee records.
- Coordinate with management for HR-related activities.
- Handle employee queries and support daily HR operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
