Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Hardcore Recruiter with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in CV sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and managing high-volume recruitment through Naukri and other job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining follow-up.

• Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other relevant recruitment platforms.

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates as per client requirements.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal recruitment teams.

• Maintain and regularly update Candidate Status Sheets (CSS), recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and placement records.

• Preferably recruit for Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Engineering and related industries.

• Prepare regular recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, offers, closures, and joining status.

• Communicate professionally with candidates, clients, and internal management.

• Coordinate with senior recruiters and management to prioritise urgent vacancies and fulfil client requirements.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.

• Strong working knowledge of Naukri and other recruitment portals.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should be a self-driven recruiter who can independently handle multiple requirements, proactively source relevant CVs, and deliver quality candidates within tight deadlines. Strong portal sourcing and CV screening skills are essential.
