Inventory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage and monitor daily inward and outward inventory.
• - Handle physical inventory and ensure accurate stock availability.
• - Manage complete dispatch operations, including stock verification and timely dispatch.
• - Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred and dispatched.
• - Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile physical stock with records.
• - Track inventory movement and identify any shortage, excess or discrepancy.
• - Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales and dispatch teams.
• - Ensure proper storage, arrangement and organization of inventory.
• - Maintain daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports.
• - Monitor damaged, missing and slow-moving stock and maintain proper records.
• - Ensure all inventory transactions are updated accurately and on time.
• - Supervise day-to-day inventory activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements:

• - 1–2 years of experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management.
• - Good knowledge of inventory handling, stock management and dispatch processes.
• - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
• - Good communication and coordination skills.
• - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• - Ability to manage physical stock and maintain accurate inventory records.

Job Details:

- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Monthly Rotational Leave: 2 days per month
