Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a tech-savvy and curious IT & Automation Intern who is interested in using technology, AI and automation to improve everyday business processes.
The intern will work closely with our team to automate repetitive tasks, improve data management, create efficient workflows and explore new software and AI tools that can make our business faster, more accurate and more productive.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and manage Google Forms and Google Sheets for business processes.
- Work with Google Docs, Sheets and Drive for documentation and data management.
- Use Advanced Excel, including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas and data analysis.
- Clean, organize and analyse business data.
- Assist in creating automated workflows and improving existing processes.
- Use basic Python for data processing and automation.
- Work with basic SQL for database queries and data management.
- Explore and implement AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for business productivity.
- Explore new AI/automation software and identify practical business applications.
- Assist in developing systems to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Create reports, dashboards and data-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot basic software and process-related issues.
- Document processes and create easy-to-use systems for employees.
- Work on new technology projects as assigned.
