Job Description

NEW FLAT & NEW CLIENT BOOKING

Responsibilities:

  • Find and contact owners for new flats.
  • Generate new PG client enquiries.
  • Explain rent, deposit, facilities and booking process.
  • Arrange property visits for clients.
  • Follow up with interested clients and close bookings.
  • Collect required booking details and coordinate with the team.
  • Maintain daily flat and client booking records.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi/English; Marathi preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
