Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands such as bank, courier, post office, and document delivery work.
- Collect and deliver documents, files, and other office materials.
- Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and arranging documents.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Purchase and maintain basic office supplies and stationery as instructed.
- Assist staff with day-to-day administrative requirements.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and properly arranged.
- Assist with setting up arrangements for meetings and office events.
- Maintain proper care of office equipment and other office materials.
- Inform management about required office supplies, repairs, or maintenance issues.
- Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.
