Designation Title – Pharmacist – Customer Service

Probation period – 6 months

Department – Command Centre

Requirement:

·      Pharmacist degree (B Pharma/D Pharma)

·      Decent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

. Need 6 month calling expeirence mandatory

Duties and Responsibilities:

·      Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

·      Attend calls / chats for hours

·      Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

·      Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care

·      Must be self-motivator and self-starter

·      Meet personal/team qualitative and revenue targets

·      Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment

·      Flexible to work in any shift (including night shifts) and 6 days working.

Working Conditions:

·      Able to work in Highly dynamic & Contact centre environment

6 days Working

Full Time /Part time Both Welcome

 Salary Fresher :15000-20000

Salary Experience 20000-28000

Note :Those who are staying in Mumbai or Who Can travel to office only need to Apply

There will be no Virtual Interveiw

Only For Those staying in mumbai after 6 month can opt for Work from Home /Split Shift/

Compulsary need to Go 2 days to office who opt for Work from Home (WFH)
