Presales Cum Sales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
• Connect with leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, and location.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate and schedule qualified site visits.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the Sales team for scheduled site visits.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead management.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and site-visit targets.
• Build good relationships with prospective customers.
• Requirements6 months – 2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales.
• Real Estate experience is preferred/mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of Hindi, English and Marathi.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
