Job Description

🚨 Hiring: Real Estate Manager

📍 Location: Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the real estate sales team.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Handle leads, site visits, follow-ups and client negotiations.
  • Guide team members to improve sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with channel partners, developers and internal teams.
  • Track daily team performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Ensure smooth conversion from lead generation to booking.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader / Sales Manager is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to manage a sales team.
  • Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
