Job Description
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities for corporate debt funding.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, promoters, business owners, banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Understand client funding requirements and recommend suitable debt financing solutions.
- Coordinate with lenders for loan proposals, documentation, credit assessments, and funding approvals.
- Manage the complete business cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to deal closure.
- Develop a strong network of corporate clients and lending partners.
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Debt Syndication, Corporate Finance, Loan Syndication, or Banking/NBFC Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and drive business growth.
- Good understanding of financial products, credit facilities, and funding structures.
