Retail Sales Executive

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales

targets, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. They play a key role in enhancing the

customer shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities 1 Sales and Customer Service:

* Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.

* Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and promotions.

* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.

* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

2 Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Counter

* Ensure products are displayed attractively and restocked as needed.

* Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and displays.

3 Inventory Management:

* Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Retail head

* Assist with stock-taking, receiving deliveries, and organizing storage areas.

4 Team Collaboration:

* Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals.

* Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
