Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads by visiting housing societies, meeting committee members, and securing appointments for redevelopment advisory.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit housing societies across Mumbai for lead generation
  • Connect with Chairman, Secretary & Committee Members
  • Explain Advance PMC’s redevelopment advisory services
  • Fix appointments/meetings for senior team
  • Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships
  • Follow up and convert leads into qualified meetings
