🚀 Hiring: Sales Executive – MumbaiCompany: iPLUG Control System Pvt. Ltd.

Brand: iPLUG Smart Locks

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Position: Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Mumbai team and help us grow our Smart Lock business.

The role will involve inside sales, offline customer demos, delivery coordination, and B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Calling

  • Call leads provided by the company.
  • Understand customer requirements and explain our smart lock products.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.

2. Offline Customer Demo

  • Visit customers in Mumbai when they require an offline product demonstration.
  • Demonstrate the smart lock and explain its features and benefits.
  • Understand the customer's door requirements and help them select the right model.
  • Follow up after the demo to close the sale.

3. Delivery & Parcel Coordination

  • Occasionally collect smart lock parcels sent from our Pune office.
  • Coordinate with customers for delivery.
  • Deliver the product to the customer whenever required.
  • Coordinate with the installation team for smooth installation.

4. B2B Lead Generation

  • Visit and develop relationships with:

  • Builders
  • Interior Designers
  • Architects
  • Contractors
  • Hardware Dealers
  • Property Developers
  • Generate new business opportunities and B2B leads.
  • Follow up with potential business partners and convert opportunities into orders.
  • Candidate ProfileGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with customer meetings and field visits.
  • Willing to travel across Mumbai for customer demos and B2B meetings.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, interiors, hardware, home automation, smart locks, or related industries will be an advantage.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
  • Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.

💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹25,000/month

Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000/month

Total earning potential: ₹35,000+ per month
