Senior Recruiter

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment assignments across various industries and positions, ensuring timely closures and delivering quality talent to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth interview processes and timely closures.
• Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA HR preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a recruitment consultancy.
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals, particularly Naukri.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within defined timelines.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
