SEO Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Specialist to improve our website's organic visibility, search engine rankings, and overall website performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and generate quality leads through search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and growth opportunities.
• Perform on-page SEO, including optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues.
• Manage off-page SEO activities, including quality link building and backlink analysis.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search visibility.
• Optimize website content according to SEO best practices and search intent.
• Identify and fix indexing issues, crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and other technical SEO problems.
• Work with content writers and web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and track progress against targets.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of website structure, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, and indexing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of WordPress and SEO plugins such as Rank Math or Yoast SEO is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable SEO goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Practical knowledge of SEO tools and Google Search Console.
• Experience working on live websites and implementing SEO strategies.
• Candidates with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings will be preferred.
