Sourcing Manager - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source new residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers and project sales teams.
• Negotiate channel partner agreements, commercial terms, brokerage and payout structures.
• Evaluate projects based on location, pricing, inventory, demand and sales potential.
• Coordinate with developers for project presentations, inventory updates, pricing and offers.
• Maintain a database of developers, projects and available inventory.
• Coordinate with the sales team and provide complete project information.
• Track new launches, upcoming projects and market opportunities.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new projects with PN.
• Work closely with management to identify projects that align with the company's business strategy.
• Maintain strong post-onboarding relationships with developer representatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner / Developer Relations / Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of the Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Panvel real estate market.
• Existing contacts with builders and developers will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Good understanding of real estate brokerage and channel partner models.
• Ability to independently identify and close project onboarding opportunities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with developers when required.

Preferred Candidate

Real estate CP / Channel Partner experience is preferred.

Candidates with strong developer contacts and experience in sourcing projects will be given preference.
