Store Manager

Store Operations: Managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring compliance with Clenzit's standard operating procedures.

Customer Service: Welcoming customers, explaining services and pricing, resolving complaints, and building long-term relationships to ensure an exceptional experience.

Order Management: Receiving garments, checking for stains or damages, accurately tagging items, generating invoices, and coordinating with the processing unit for timely delivery.

Billing & POS Operations: Generating invoices via the Clenzit POS system, collecting payments (Cash, UPI, Cards, Digital Wallets), maintaining billing accuracy, and performing end-of-day cash reconciliation.

Store Sales & Revenue: Achieving monthly targets, upselling premium or value-added services, encouraging repeat business, and driving customer referrals through local promotions.

Local Business Development: Building long-term institutional and corporate relationships to develop business across residential societies, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, salons, gyms, hospitals, schools, and retail establishments.

Pickup & Delivery Coordination: Scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking pending orders, and maintaining delivery records.

Team Management: Supervising staff, allocating daily responsibilities, training new employees, monitoring productivity, and motivating the team to hit targets.

Quality Control: Inspecting garments prior to dispatch, verifying packaging quality, and ensuring all items meet Clenzit's standards to minimize complaints.

Inventory Management: Tracking and maintaining stock of packaging materials, uniforms, chemicals, stationery, tags, and cleaning supplies, and reporting shortages in advance.

Store Maintenance: Ensuring the store's cleanliness, proper lighting, AC functioning, signage visibility, and overall safety compliance.

Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily and weekly reports on sales, collections, pending deliveries, customer complaints, inventory, and local marketing activities.
