Technical Demo Executive

Role: Technical Associate / Technical Demo executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to demonstrate our AI Product (gold-testing machines). The role involves conducting gold purity tests, demonstrating the machine's functionality, assisting customers during the testing process, and ensuring the equipment is maintained and operated correctly.

The ideal candidate should have a good communication, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to understand testing results clearly.

Key Responsibilities

 Execute marketing activities to create awareness and promote the Gold Sense digital gold testing machine.

 Conduct live demonstrations of the machine and explain its basic functionality to customers, jewellers, and other visitors.

 Coordinate with the demo centre team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and readiness for demonstrations.

 Assist in planning and executing lead-generation to identify prospective customers, dealers, jewellers, financial institutions.

 Operate Gold Sense machines to test gold purity and provide accurate testing results.

 Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and reliable testing.

 Identify common machine issues and coordinate with the technical support team for resolution

 Ensure proper handling, daily checks, and basic upkeep of the testing machine.

 Maintain records of tests conducted, machine usage, issues reported and other relevant operational data.

 Coordinate with design, content, and external agencies/vendors wherever required for marketing activities.

 Collect customer and market feedback and share relevant insights with the Sales, Product, and Management teams.

 Assist in preparing marketing reports, campaign performance reports other management reports.

 Support the development and implementation of brand-building initiatives for company.

 Travel for exhibitions, trade shows, customer engagement activities, marketing events, and business requirements as required.Desired Candidate Profile

 Any Bachelor’s degree (Preferably marketing, Business Administration/ Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field).

 Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or a related field are welcome to apply.

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

 Willingness to learn about new technologies, products, and industry applications.

 Comfortable with travelling for exhibitions, events, customer engagement, and business requirements.

 Good coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
