Job Description: Tele Sales Executive – Personal Loan

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to generate leads and sell personal loan products to potential customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for explaining loan products, understanding customer requirements, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal loan offers.

* Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.

* Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.

** Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

* Collect and verify customer information and required documents.

* Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for application processing.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
